Examples of typical Counselling/Movement Therapy sessions:

  • 5 minute breathing exercise
  • 25 minutes individual or group counselling
  • 15 minutes exploring musical rhythms and rooting to the ground
  • 20 minutes somatic yoga for a better balance
  • 5 minute breathing exercise

Total duration: 70 minutes

OR

  • 20 minute tango therapy
  • 10 minute body experiences reflection
  • 30 minute Gestalt counselling or Satir’s soft sculptures
  • 10 minute hatha yoga asanas and dance

Total duration: 70 minutes

OR

  • 20 minute thematic painting
  • 10 minute experiences reflection
  • 20 minute somatic counselling
  • 20 minute hands-on somatic clearing

Total duration: 70 minutes
